Learn more about Dr. Lebovic, Dr. Schwimer, and Dr. Goldberg, the three partners behind LSG Imaging. 



Dr. Lebovic founded this private Radiology practice in Beverly Hills in 1981, followed by Santa Monica in 1983. His areas of special interest in Radiology include mammographyvirtual colonoscopyinfertility and gynecological disorders.

He and Dr. Schwimer are the co-developers of the technique known as “Transvaginal Ultrasound”. Together they have revolutionized the way pelvic ultrasound is performed.

Dr. Lebovic received his B.A. in Mathematics at UCLA and attended UCLA Medical School where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honorary Medical Society. His Residency in Diagnostic Radiology was at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center followed by a 1-year Fellowship in CT and Ultrasound. He has been recognized and honored in “Best Doctors in America” since its inception. 

He has been married for over 40 years, has two sons, and three grandchildren. His hobbies include beachcombing for sea glass, and playing chess.


Dr. Schwimer has been practicing Radiology in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica since 1983, and co-developed the technique of Transvaginal Ultrasound with Dr. Lebovic in 1984. He has particular interest in Women's Imaging, including mammography, infertility and virtual colonoscopy.

He has also been an expert witness regarding Radiology issues for more than 20 years.  

Dr. Schwimer majored in Human Biology at Stanford University, before receiving his Master’s Degree in Biology from UCLA. He received his M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. He completed his radiology internship at L.A. County/USC Medical Center, his radiology residency at UCLA Medical Center, and his fellowship in CT, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Dr. Schwimer has been included in “Best Doctors in America” yearly since its inception.

He is married with three grown sons, and two grandchildren. His interests are sports photography (water polo), masters swimming, boating and traveling.



In 1991, Dr. Goldberg joined Drs. Lebovic and Schwimer in their practices in Santa Monica and Beverly Hills after a decade working as a Radiologist at St. John's Hospital. In addition to General Radiology with a special interest in women’s imagingmammographyultrasound and infertility, he has special expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound and hernia ultrasound.

Dr. Ross Goldberg graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from UCLA in 1972 with a degree in Psychology. He then received his M.D. from Tufts Medical School, before interning in Medicine at Harbor General Hospital. He then became a Resident in Diagnostic Radiology at UCLA, and was the Chief Resident in Radiology during his final year. From 1980 to 1981, he did a fellowship in CT, Ultrasound, Angiography and Special Procedures. He has been elected annually to “Best Doctors in America”.

Dr. Goldberg is married and has three children. His hobbies include golf, kayaking, spinning and yoga.
